Our position

PinClip does not host, store, or distribute any media. It only retrieves content that is already publicly served by Pinterest's content-delivery network at a user's request, in the same way a web browser does. We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to download only content they are authorized to use.

Filing a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf) and believe your work is being used in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to dmca@pinclip.app containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact Pinterest URL(s) at issue.
• Your name, organization, and contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

What happens next

On receiving a valid notice we will promptly take reasonable action, such as blocking access to the reported URL through our tool. Note that the underlying file is hosted by Pinterest and its removal from Pinterest's servers is outside our control.
