Copy the Idea Pin
Open the Pin's detail page, tap Share, and copy the public Pinterest or pin.it URL.
Multi-page public Pins
Save the downloadable media PinClip can resolve from public multi-page Pins. Image carousels expose every detected image; video-based Idea Pins return the best available video result.
Public multi-image carousels and resolvable Idea Pin media
Open the Pin's detail page, tap Share, and copy the public Pinterest or pin.it URL.
Paste the link. PinClip reads the public page data and shows the media it can reliably associate with that Pin.
Save each carousel image, start all detected image downloads, or download the resolved video as MP4.
Pinterest uses several internal structures for carousels, story-style Pins, and mixed media. PinClip returns only the images or video it can associate with the exact requested public Pin.
When Pinterest exposes an ordered carousel, PinClip displays each detected full-size image in its own result tile. Individual controls save one page at a time, while Download all starts the available image transfers in order. Recommended Pins outside the carousel are excluded.
If the requested Pin exposes video variants, PinClip selects the strongest compatible candidate and prepares an MP4 download. Some Pinterest pages contain several internal video records; the current product resolves the best result rather than promising a separate file for every hidden variant.
A story-style Pin can contain a combination of page types. Pinterest does not expose every page consistently across regions and sessions. PinClip is deliberately conservative: it shows media it can verify, but it does not fill missing positions with thumbnails or unrelated content from the page.
Multi-image results currently download as separate source files. This preserves each available image without server-side recompression, but the browser may request permission for multiple downloads. A single packaged ZIP is a future product capability and is not presented as available today.
Open the individual Pin before copying its link. A board or profile address represents a collection and cannot identify one bounded multi-page result.
Copy the link from the Pin detail view and paste it in Safari. Images and MP4 files normally arrive in Files → Downloads. For a carousel, allow multiple downloads if Safari asks, then move selected images to Photos from the Share sheet.
Resolve the public Pin in Chrome and review the detected tiles before saving. Multi-image downloads normally appear as separate files in Downloads. If Chrome blocks the group, enable multiple downloads for the site and retry Download all.
Use the full Pin URL and compare the result tiles with the source carousel. Download one item or start the complete detected set. The browser's download history makes it easy to identify a blocked or interrupted file in a larger carousel.
A partial result does not necessarily mean the visible Pinterest presentation maps to a simple downloadable file list.
Pinterest may omit some story pages from the public page data returned to PinClip. The tool does not sign in, call a private creator API, or replace missing pages with thumbnails, so it can only display the media records it can confidently verify.
The current extractor selects the best resolved video result for video-based Pins. It does not yet expose a complete page-by-page mixed-media model, so a complex Idea Pin should not be treated as a guaranteed full archive.
Browsers can block bursts of automatic downloads. Allow multiple downloads for PinClip and retry, or use the numbered controls to save each detected carousel image individually. ZIP packaging is not currently available.
Yes when those pages are present in Pinterest's public Pin data. The result shows every detected image with individual download controls and a Download all action.
No. Pinterest's public page data varies by Pin, region, and format. PinClip only returns media it can confidently associate with the requested public Pin and does not substitute related Pins.
No. PinClip does not log in to Pinterest and cannot access private, secret, deleted, or login-only content.
Not yet. Multi-image results currently use separate file downloads. ZIP packaging is planned so large carousels do not depend on the browser's multiple-download permission.
This page focuses on multi-page and story-style Pin behavior, including ordered carousel downloads, a resolved video result, and the limits of mixed-media extraction. The image downloader is primarily for single images and straightforward image carousels.
No. A carousel belongs to one Pin, while a board can contain many independent Pins and may require login, pagination, rate controls, and ZIP packaging. PinClip currently accepts one public Pin at a time.
