There is video but no sound
The source Pin was uploaded without an audio track, which is common for recipe and DIY clips. PinClip preserves the streams Pinterest provides and never strips audio that exists.
The saved file has the wrong extension
If you accidentally saved the web page instead of the video, renaming an .html file to .mp4 will not make it play. Return to the result and use the Download MP4 button itself.
