PinClip lets you download videos and images from publicly available Pinterest links. It is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• Only download content you have the right to save — your own content, content used with the owner's permission, or content used in ways permitted by law.
• Do not use PinClip to infringe copyright, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Do not abuse the service (automated scraping, bulk hammering, or attempting to disrupt it). We enforce rate limits to keep it available for everyone.

PinClip does not host or claim ownership of any downloaded content. Content remains the property of its respective owners. “Pinterest” is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc. PinClip is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any misuse of downloaded content. You are solely responsible for how you use the files you download.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
